About the Company

A leading financial services organisation, based in Dublin, has a superb opportunity for a Vice President of Investor Relations to join their team. This is hugely exciting and rewarding role for someone. Reporting directly into the Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development, the person will be central in establishing our client’s position in the markets as they scale further. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the company’s investor relations outreach plan including planning and organising non-deal roadshows in conjunction with sell-side analysts and investment banks.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key institutional fixed income contacts, sell-side analysts and other market participants 
  • Liaise with Portfolio Management, FP&A, Finance and other internal departments 
  • Conduct competitor and industry research and stay current with changes in their markets 
  • Manage the development of materials for, and organise logistics for, quarterly earnings calls and marketing events.
  • Report market context and investor feedback to senior management and the organisation.
  • Support investor interaction associated with public debt issuances.
  • Work with media relations company and internal communications team to ensure appropriate public disclosures.

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum 5 - 8  years’ experience in capital markets, finance or on the senior fixed income / equity analyst role.
  • A trusted advisor, with an ability to develop a depth and breadth of business relationships internally and externally at key decision maker level
  • Leverages in-depth knowledge of the aircraft leasing/aviation business model and key sector trends and issues to inform thinking and actions.
  • Able to distill and discuss complex messages into key takeaways putting forward compelling arguments and rationales to all levels and audiences within the industry.
  • Proactive mindset that anticipates challenges and exhibits an ability to think clearly and quickly through complex and dynamic situations.
