Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the senior management team, this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact—strategically and operationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the planning, development, and delivery of specialist services
- Driving team performance and overseeing staff management
- Embedding effective reporting systems and operational controls
- Managing key relationships and stakeholders across the organization
Experience/Requirements
- A third-level degree or relevant college diploma
- 3–5 years’ senior management experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the non-profit/charity sector
