About the Position

Based in Dublin, this is a key leadership role within their corporate pensions division, suited to a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of the life and pensions industry.

The position offers the opportunity to shape and drive business development initiatives while managing a team and working closely with key distribution partners throughout the country. 

The role is a “Controlled Function (CF)” within the meaning of the Central Bank Reform Act, 2010.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Distribution Managers to drive business growth across their broker intermediary panels. 
  • Reporting to the Head of Corporate Life & Pensions & Distribution, this person will be instrumental in leading their partnership arrangements, SLAs and market share trajectory. 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key distribution partners and industry bodies. 
  • Have a customer centric focus at all time, influence and drive strong and collaborative stakeholder engagement ensuring
  • Anticipate and address the needs and challenges of the distributor panels and corporate customers needs. 

Experience/Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills and strategic thinking capability
  • Ability to implement change, enhance use of MI to drive and contribute to long-term planning
  • In-depth knowledge of the pensions and life insurance industry, including legislation, regulation, and governance
  • Relevant qualifications such as Irish Institute of Pension Managers (IIPM), LIA, and/or third-level qualifications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
