Based in Dublin, this is "Controlled Function (CF)" senior-level position and will suit a commercially astute, strategic leader with a deep understanding of corporate pensions and group risk products.Playing a pivotal role in expanding the organisation's market share by leading a team of B2B, Corporate Regional Sales Team and promoting key solutions including group pension, group life and income protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Head of Corporate Life & Pensions Distribution & Client Relationship Management Teams.
- Lead a highly skilled and experience commercial B2B Sales Team across multiple regions.
- Develop and nurture new client relations and key corporate accounts and promote a broad suite of products including Master Trust, group life, PHI, and retail product solutions.
- Represent the company in a strategic capacity with stakeholders and partners
Experience/Requirements
- Solid experience of 15 years + of working with corporate clients in pensions and/or group risk sectors
- Demonstrable strategic leadership and commercial acumen skills and track record.
- Expertise in complex, strategic sales processes
- Adept in influencing cross functional stakeholder with strong resilience capabilities
- Third-level degree and relevant industry qualifications (eg. LIA, CFA etc..)
