BSc in Retail & Services Management from TUD. Kerri has been working in recruitment for the past decade across a variety of specialisms including, Financial Services, HR, Legal and Business Operations.  Having joined Brightwater Executive in May of 2023 as a Partner, Kerri will focus on partnering with clients across financial services, (banking, payments and funds sectors) on strategic  talent acquisition solutions for their C-Suite, Director and Head of Function hires. Before entering the world of recruitment, Kerri spent several years as a Retail Manager managing day to day operations and full P&L, within the fast-paced environment of fashion retail in Melbourne, London, and Dublin. A mother of one little boy, in her downtime, Kerri enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A qualified sailing Instructor, Kerri escapes to the Shannon at any chance she gets.
