HR Site Lead
The successful candidate will support the Dublin site providing strategic and operational HR support and services in order to develop and deliver a people agenda that aligns to the vision, values and strategy of the organisation. This role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
· Partner the Senior Leadership team and their functions to support and drive the people agenda and business strategy
· Partner business leaders in the implementation of successful change management
· Lead the talent management process and develop appropriate solutions to drive a high performance culture and effective succession planning
· Build management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, values-based environment
· Deliver learning & development strategy and programmes for all employee groups to enable retention, development and progression
· Work with the Senior Leadership team and global HR team to develop and implement HR strategy
· Lead and support Organisation Development & Design initiatives and HR functional projects
· Partner with COEs to deliver effective Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Total Rewards programmes to deliver on site initiatives
· Management of industrial relations and employee relation matters.
· Drive the performance management process, coaching managers in performance management issues.
· Ensure policies and practices comply with employment legislation.
· Understand, communicate and ensure site compliance with employment legislation.
· Lead Occupational Health and ensure a robust support programme to manage associates’ recovery and return to work in a supportive and timely manner.
Lead Payroll: maintain and improve payroll processes. Drive standards, quality and simplification within our processes.· Third Level Qualification in HR/Business/Psychology together with additional specialised training and experience.
· CIPD qualified
· A minimum of 8+ years HR leadership experience with at least 4 years operating in a challenging position at a similar level – experience in a high volume, fast paced, regulated manufacturing environment is desirable.
· Experience of operating in a unionised environment.
· Experience leading Occupational Health and Payroll teams
