Director of Investor Relations
About the Company
Joining a market leading lessor here in Dublin, the ideal candidate will have a strong background of ideally 8-10 yrs plus in investor relations, equity research and /or capital markets with an adept ability to manage and enhance long terms strong relations with their debt and equity holders in tandem with expanding their investor base.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct roadshows, one-on-one meetings, conferences, and other investor events
- To promote an understanding of company strategy, financial performance, and investment opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business model and industry to shape the investor relations narrative
- Monitor sell-sell analyst reporting and consensus to understand how the market perception of
- company performance changes over time
- Build and maintain strong relationships across company departments including SP&A, Treasury,
- Technical, OEM and Portfolio Management to gain knowledge and insight on topics which investorsregularly inquire.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with ESG firms and investors through routine outreach and communications, and survey compilation.
- Provide logistical support, including responding to general investor inquiries in an accurate and timely fashion, calendar management, scheduling and monitoring feedback at investor conferences and meetings.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as well as preparing quarterly updates for senior management and/or the
- Prepare quarterly updates for SLT and the Board about a myriad investor related issues including industry sector competitor analysis, valuation
- Trends analysis in the sector
- Partner with corporate communications team to maintain the Investor Relations section of the corporate website.
Experience/Requirements
- Relevant Degree and/or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or post graduate degree with business or finance focus.
- Demonstrable relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, capital markets, corporate finance, accounting or FP&A.
- Experience in giving presentations/public speaking, and demonstrable ability to influence key decision makers.
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to operate within the clear disclosure requirements of a regulated public company
- Experience in with credit analysis, debt capital markets or fund raising a plus
- Understanding of the financial modelling techniques used by sell-side analysts to project stock valuation.
- Understanding of how IR operates within a large company environment
